General Policy on Prescription Medications

Due to strict health and safety regulations governing pharmaceutical products, prescription medications cannot be returned for resale or reuse once they have left our facility. This policy is in place to protect patient safety and maintain the integrity of the medication supply chain. For this reason, all sales of prescription medicines are generally final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription products simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the medication, or have ordered the wrong item. We encourage you to verify your prescription details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions and Eligible Refunds

While prescription medications are non-returnable, we do offer refunds or replacements in specific, limited circumstances. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations.

  • If we ship the wrong product to you, or if your order contains an incorrect item that you did not request.
  • If your medication arrives damaged, faulty, or with compromised packaging.
  • If your order is missing items that were invoiced and paid for.
  • If our prescriber is unable to fulfill your prescription request for medical reasons.

In these cases, we will either refund the full purchase price of the affected items, including any applicable delivery charges, or arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a refund or replacement under the exceptions above, you must meet the following conditions.

  • You must contact our customer support team within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You must provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue, including photographs of damaged or incorrect items if applicable.
  • Any product returned for a refund must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, typically within 5 to 10 business days of our approval. If your payment card has expired, please contact us to provide updated details.

How to Request a Refund or Return

If you believe you qualify for a refund or return, please follow these steps.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or process refunds for items returned without prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be declined and sent back to you at your own expense.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a prescription medication only up until the point where the prescription has been issued by our prescriber. Once the prescription has been issued and the dispensing process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and the sale is final. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible and process a full refund to your original payment method if applicable.
